The site Doing Business www.doingbusiness.org provides rankings and reports on starting a business, licensing, employing workers, acquiring property, paying taxes, enforcing contracts, trade, protecting investors, getting credit and closing a business. Any environmental scan of the business environment in a foreign country should include this resource.
